You need to use the Klarity app and follow the steps in order to receive your certificate.

 

Firstly, please check the collection times at your nearest Royal Mail priority postbox. You need to post your test-kit no later than 1 hour before the last collection. The quickest results can be achieved if you post your sample weekdays before 15:00.

Once you have collected your test sample, seal it into the prepaid postal box that arrived with your test-kit. Please ensure that before you ship your postal box to record your 13 character Royal Mail barcode, this ends in GB.

Your test-kit can take up to 24 hours to reach our lab and a maximum of an additional 24 hours for you to receive your certificate. Please be aware The Royal Mail operates on a traditional schedule of Monday to Saturday and does not traditionally deliver on Sundays. Please check the collection times at your nearest Royal Mail priority postbox. You need to post your test-kit no later than 1 hour before the last collection.
