We recommend that you order your test-kit around 7 days before you want to use it.
For:
PCR Test:
It will take a maximum of 48 hours after you post your test-kit for you to receive your fit-to-fly certificate.
Your sample can take up to 24 hours to reach our lab and a maximum of another 24 hours for you to receive your certificate. Please check the collection times at your nearest Royal Mail priority postbox. You need to post your test-kit no later than 1 hour before the last collection. The quickest results can be achieved when you post your sample weekdays before 15:00.
Rapid Antigen Test:
A Basic and Standard Rapid Antigen Test certificate takes up to 3 hours to be sent to you (08:00-20:00). A Premium Rapid Antigen Test certificate will be issued to you during the appointment with the healthcare professional. In all cases the certificate will be uploaded to your Klarity app and sent as a PDF via email.
