The best way to ensure to get the fastest results is to:

1) Collect your test sample within the first 24 hours of your 72 hour time window. 

2) Submit all the required information in the Klarity App. 

3) Find your nearest Priority Royal Mailbox 

4) Check the collection times at your nearest Royal Mail priority postbox. You need to post your test-kit no later than 1 hour before the last collection. 

5) Please ensure that before you ship your postal box to record your 13 character Royal Mail barcode, this ends in GB. This is so you can track it and see when it arrives at our lab.
